At this time, North Florida Dermatology Associates, P.A. ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States. We do not ship to International locations. At this time, all orders are placed via phone. No cosmetic orders are placed on this web page.
We do our best to deliver for most standard orders within 5 business days as depending on inventory availability.
Return Policy
As our commitment to provide you with complete satisfaction, we stand behind all of our products. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials or free accessories included with the shipment. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us of the return of your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order.

If the return is a result or our error (damage, defective or wrong product), the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges (if any) will be refunded. You must notify within 10 days of receipt of product in this case.
Refund Policy
Upon arrival at North Florida Dermatology, all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges (if any), if the return is a result of our error.
If the result is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within the 30 days of delivery. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charges and actual return shipping fees.
Refunds that do not meet the following criteria will not qualify for a refund:
The item has been opened or shows sign of use.
Return not qualified by beforehand notification
Returns more than 30 days after delivery
Partial return of items included in a bonus kit order
Refunds will be issued within 30 days after your return has been received. This includes a conservative estimate of time required for the shipping, inspection of product and processing from bank or credit card. We will notify you with the details of your refund which will be in the same form that you used for purchase.
